Apptainer 1.4.5-2 in EPEL/Fedora testing

Someone reported that the apptainer-1.4.4 from EPEL did not fix the problem of unwritable overlay files like it was announced to do. That turned out to be a bug in only the EPEL/Fedora build, which has been fixed in apptainer-1.4.5-2. That is now available in epel-testing and Fedora updates-testing and should be promoted to stable in about a week if no more problems are found.
