Apptainer community meeting 1st Tuesdays, not 3rd Tuesday this month

This is the monthly reminder about the Apptainer Community meeting, normally 1st and 3rd Tuesdays on Zoom at 8am Pacific time. The next meeting is tomorrow, March 3. This month the third Tuesday is during the HPSF Conference so we will instead have an in-person-only community meeting in Chicago the next day.
