Forwarding an announcement for the Google Apps EDU Southern Summit September 22-23 in Atlanta, GA. Feel free to forward along to anyone who may be interested.
My name is Wendy Gorton and I am an international educational technology consultant and on the planning committee for the first annual Google Apps EDU Southern Summit to be held at the Lovett School in Atlanta, Georgia on Sep. 22nd and 23rd, 2012. This high intensity one day event focuses on deploying, integrating and using Google Apps for Education to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google Apps for Education team, including Google EDU Senior Evangelist Jaime Casap and Google Certified Teacher Dr. Chris Craft.
We think this will be a stellar, sold-out event with teachers, administrators, and tech coordinators and directors from around the region in attendance, and we would love to to see your staff in attendance being in your backyard! Let me know if you have any questions, and feel free to distribute the attached flyer or email copy below in any list servs or newsletters you think might be interested. There are group pricings available and all registrants during June get a limited edition Google Apps EDU Southern Summit t-shirt. Hope to see you there!
