Disappearing folders in Google Docs

Hi All

We have a user who is reporting that collections she created for
other users to save files have been disappearing. In one case the
folder was disappearing right in front of her eyes. Searching for the
lost collection yields no results. The users for whom it was created
did not touch the collections. This is obviously frustrating to the
user. Would love to know if you encountered this and if there is a
fix.
