Records Managememt for Google apps

Looking for some insight in how companies are handling records management with Google Apps?  We use Postini, but it is limited in regards to a true records process.  I here Vault is on its way, but still not sure how it will handle file plans and retention schedules? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I replied to Rob directly earlier, but I'll reply all this time in case other people have the same question.

I came across Cloudlock (www.cloudlock.com) while at IO this year and again at a GDG meetup in Boston a few weeks ago.  I am not sure it will do everything you need, but it does add quite a bit to other Google services as far as compliance and backups go.  I have never used it so I can't vouch for it, but it looks promising.

Thanks Will.  We currently use Cloudlock, but it does no help with record retentions and proper data destruction. It is a great tool to add on to the GApps Platform.  Gives great insight into your Docs and sites for the entire org.

Hi Rob,

Sorry I don't have any solutions for file retention and we're also playing the waiting game on Vault. I was wondering though, are you using CloudLock with Drive Sync at all? We've turned off Drive Sync for now pending some tool that will give us some insight into what computers our users are using the Drive Sync client on.
