False positives on Google Apps mail?

Over the past couple of weeks, many of our clients have reported an uptick in false positives from Gmail.  There are some reports floating about the web suggesting we're not alone, but I've only seen Google substantiate a pretty esoteric case: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/gmail/_39NXLV05eo

Has anyone else noticed the same?
