Student Poster Competition details!

Participation in the Student Poster Competition is open to interested undergraduate and graduate students (please indicate this preference on the abstract submission form). The competition is highly competitive, and submitted abstracts must reflect work that is mostly student-designed, driven, conducted, and completed at the time of submission. The Poster Competition entries undergo a peer review process with faculty members from a variety of disciplines, with the top 10 posters selected for each category - undergraduate and graduate students - to be presented at the Celebration. The top abstracts selected for the Poster competition must submit their final completed posters electronically by Monday, April 7, 2025, for evaluation by a panel of faculty judges. Finalists will then be required to present their poster in front of the panel at the Celebration, where the top 3 in each category (graduate and undergraduate) will be determined.

For more information about the event, including the poster competition and to access the submission form, please visit the Office of Student Research website at https://osr.appstate.edu/research-day.
