The Tahoe Donner Land and Open Spaces Department will be hiring for multiple positions for the upcoming 2024 Summer season. We will be actively recruiting this spring and would greatly appreciate your consideration in sharing these job opportunities with your students.
Job opportunities in land management include but are not limited to the following:
- Trails. Maintenance, planning, events, and development.
- Forestry Worker. Crew level work, equipment operation, tree/vegetation removal.
- Forestry Aide/technician. Prepare and identify landscape level projects. Assess private properties for forest health, fire prevention and safety (defensible space), and issue tree removal permits.
