Hi folks,

A deployer needed an enhanced /health-check to check if the database is reachable, so we implemented, migrated and improved it for the community. Since this is an enhancement, this patch release has been promoted to a minor release to keep with SemVer.

There is also a new cache and JPA fix for performance, along with a subtle SQL correction.

As usual there are plenty of dependency updates as well.
