uPortal 5.15.0 released!

Hi folks,

The latest version of uPortal has been released. It should be on the Maven servers shortly.

Two important items to be aware of:

1. This includes the new Google Analytics 4 code

2. There is a new event aggregation for analytic events. This is off by default; however, turning it on will require a new table. Hibernate should create this, but the db account uPortal uses needs permissions to create tables, indices, etc.

While we do endeavor to perform testing, we have limiting constraints on our time. If you find any bugs, please share them on these mailing lists and create an Issue in Github.
