Hey folks,

uPortal v5.17.2 is now available on Maven Central. This is a patch
release focused on dependency updates and build infrastructure — no
new features or breaking changes.

Highlights:
- Updated Jackson to 2.21.2, addressing CVEs in the previous version
- Downgraded logback to 1.3.14 to fix a compatibility issue with SLF4J 1.7
- Updated Node.js from 20 to 24
- Migrated release publishing from the legacy OSSRH (sunset June 2025) to the new Central Publisher Portal
- Fixed handling of stale portlet URLs that could cause errors
- Various other dependency updates (AspectJ, Groovy, Lombok, Jsoup, Commons IO, and more)
