uPortal 6 on Java 17/21

Hi all,

Is there anything we can do as a community to help progress this?

I made a stab at trying to upgrade a local version and ended up down a dependency rabbit hole!

I'm sure you're aware but the Resource Server project that uPortal imports also introduces dependencies on javax rather than jakarta classes.

I forgot to add that I'd be happy to be a guinea pig for any early version and to contribute feedback / fixes / patches if such a version did exist!
