Hello folks!

A proof of concept for the Playwright test harness has been developed. The PR is here: https://github.com/uPortal-Project/uPortal-start/pull/571 .

Please take a look and respond in the PR with your comments.

The goal is to tie this into the CI flow of uPortal-start, and continue to enhance it to provide some coverage on a variety of uPortal flows.
