Canvas launch issues

Hi everyone...

I've been at this for a couple of days now and remain a bit perplexed. I'm trying to get my local instance of Tsugi (latest pull) talking to my test Canvas instance, and keep getting

"Launch could not find issuer: https://canvas.instructure.com"

I have my issuer set up with the key "https://canvas.instructure.com" and the LTI 1.3 Client ID from Canvas, and I've tried a tenant key referencing that issuer as well as after copying the issuer data over directly into the Tenant key.

What am I missing here in order to get Canvas to successfully launch into Tsugi? I've done it before without issue, but now trying to set up a new instance and I'm stumped.
