I've been meaning to ask for a while, but I see that Tsugi has a couple of database tables for tracking events for Caliper, but I don't think I've seen any documentation around how to leverage this, or possibly disable it, as we're not currently using Caliper, and our cal_events tables are getting quite large.  Any advice on how to clean these up?

Chris,

Those tables are in effect a queue to send events to a Caliper destination.    I only tested that code many years ago with Canvas sitting next to a Canvas developer - it worked but we never figured out what Canvas awould do with the Caliper data (i.e. where is the meaning).

So I left it in and never used it my self, hoping someone would take the time to figure how to make the data meaningful in Canvas.

Unless you have a plan for the data - I would just empty the tables out.

/Chuck
