I'm pleased to announce that Sakai 25.0 is now available!

Sakai 25 features a large number of new features and enhancements, including:
Accessibility improvements
Grading support in Conversations tool
Bulk publish/unpublish for Draft items in Announcements, Assignments, and Tests & Quizzes
Improved Group support in Assignments (including LTI support for group submissions)
SCORM Player tool now part of Core Sakai
Course Cards in Home Dashboard
More granular Site Import options and Template sites available in list of sites for import
Date Manager Import/Export for batch due date updates
LTI setup UI improvements for admin external tool installation and deployment
Integration with Microsoft 365 (including new Microsoft Admin Tool for group and user synchronization, new Meetings tool with Teams integration, and integrations for Collaborative Documents, OneDrive, and Stream)
Rubrics improvements including admin control over public rubrics and group submission rubric grading support
Many enhancements to Tests & Quizzes including the Safe Exam Browser open source lockdown browser integration, question pool export, improved event log UI, markup text editor now accepts HTML formatting, random draw from multiple pools, time limit per question or page, improved navigation when grading, question pool keyword search and sorting by folders or usage statistics
Announcements tool enhancements for highlighting announcements and displaying announcements to selected roles
