Samigo High Secuirty Tab - Missing

Hi All, 
I am trying to setup Respondus Lockdown Browser with samgio in sakai 11.4

I have setup in the Respondus control panel, downloaded the jar file and put it in the tomcat/lib.

Starting tomcat up I can see it is finding it:

However when I create a test/quiz in samigo there is no High Security tab in the settings. I have tried on a project and a course site as well as new and old quizzes.
Is there perhaps another sakai.property i need to enter to enable that tab? Or something I am missing in the documentation for Respondus?

Replying to myself:

I needed to edit the assessment types (while logged in as admin - delegated access wasn't enough) to allow editing the settings in the security tab.
Hope this helps someone setup faster :)

Now just to resolve the network access for it.
