Missing LTI Parameter

Greetings,

We found the parameter "tool_consumer_instance_guid" is missing when launching a LTI tool in our Sakai. That parameter is highly recommended although not required by the standard. We are wondering if other universities implemented that parameter in their LTI configuration. Thanks.
