IMS LTI and Office 365

Anybody know what gives with Office 365 and IMS LTI?

Our Office 365 experts here say t here's no full LTI integration (it only exists for "One Note Class") but then I found this on the EduApps store:

I haven't done anything about this topic, but a simple search shows that
Office 365 did some work (1) and that there are LTI integrations for
several LMS (2).

Sakai is not in the list, but there is a button "Register an LMS" (3)
(login needed) and instructions for "Other LMS" (4) that could fit into
Sakai.

I don't have time right now to test this, but I'm very interested if
anybody has done any progress.
