Basque translations reverted

Dear community,

as you probably know the community uses Transifex to translate Sakai to
the different languages.

Due to bad practices (commiting translations directly to github) there
are a lot of basque properties that were correctly translated in source
code but not in Transifex. So in Transifex the values of these
properties are in default english language.

A few days ago I did a clean up of the properties and I did a JIRA
(SAK-51590) with a PR submitting the basque translations (1). This PR
added every basque translation from Transifex excluding the wrong cases.

The PR was merged but later was reverted because a general translation
from Transifex has been done for every language (2) later.

As result of this, there are a lot of basque translations that have been
lost and are in english in master.

Please, could anyone revert this commit (3) and apply again my previous
PR (1)? This will fix the basque translations and we could start to
translate the remaining wrong translations in Transifex.

I've made the changes that you requested and it sounds like some updating needs to be done in transifex?

Is that something others can help with?
