How to set TimeZone in sakai portal

Hi Developers,

Where to set particular time zone in sakai portal eaither in portal or in tomcat level.

I saw time zone tab in preferences tool, I changed also but it not reflect to all users. There is any way to set time zone in portal?

You have to set this as a JAVA OPT for the default system timezone.

Maybe you can include some details, instead of just replying "its not working".

I tried -Duser.timezone=Asia/Dhaka

I placed in setenv.sh but it not working.
