Radio buttons with bad text wrapping

Hi all,

 

There are several Sakai jiras referring to text wrapping issues with radio buttons, where when you zoom in or shrink the width of your browser window, the text goes underneath the corresponding radio button, and it’s no longer clear that it is associated to that button.  For example, the following:

I’ve seen comments on a few of these tickets recently claiming that the text wrapping is not an accessibility issue, but I strongly disagree because it can affect someone’s ability to understand and interact with the UI, particularly a user who needs high zoom.  What do you all think?

Of course it's an accessibility issue for low vision users. No brainer.
