Apereo OAE 11.3

Apereo OAE 11.3 will be rolled out to the production environment on Monday June 29 at 9pm EDT /  Tuesday June 30 at 2am UK time.

This upgrade will introduce the following new features and enhancements:

• Added support for short social media URLs such as `youtu.be`
• Integration with the new YouTube API for the generation of YouTube thumbnails and YouTube video metadata extraction
• Additional validation of unexpected Shibboleth attributes released by Identity Providers
• Fixed a bug where new group members or content members could not be invited on IE11

We are not expecting any downtime associated to this upgrade. Once the upgrade has been completed, an update will be sent to this list.
