Apereo OAE 12.1.2

Hi everyone,

We will be rolling out Apereo OAE 12.1.2 to the production environment
on Saturday, November 14th at 4am PST / 7am EST / 12pm GMT.

This release contains the following enhancements:

* Fixed a bug where OAE links are not rewritten in comments and
discussion messages to local tenants
* Fixed a bug where etherpad content was persisted into activity
streams for aggregation
* Fixed a bug where activities can be processed multiple times in the
event of an error
* Fixed a bug where excessively large log entries can be output
* Added mixpanel instrumentation for invitations
* Fixed issue with test dependency upgrade
* Fixed a bug where a user is not redirected away from a resource
they have just deleted

We are not expecting any downtime associated to this upgrade. Once the
upgrade has been completed, a message will be sent out to this list.
