Temporary failure of activity stream and email notifications.

Hi everyone,

Today *Unity developed a problem with email notifications and the activity stream.

Between about 1am until about 10:45am UTC email notifications were not sent and the activity streams were not updating.

The issue has been resolved however notifications that should have been sent at that time have not been done. Users may need to re-comment/notify those with whom they were collaborating otherwise they'll be unaware.

The issue is still under investigation.
