Apereo OAE 12.0.1

Apereo OAE 12.0.1 will be rolled out to the production environment
today, Tuesday, September 29th, 2015 at 12pm PDT / 3pm EDT / 8pm BST.

This is a minor bug-fix release for the following issues:

* Deleted users continue to receive activity email from OAE
* When creating an account with Twitter on a tenant with Terms and
Conditions, two modals will appear at the same time
* Invitations will fail to be accepted when creating an account with
Terms and Conditions enabled

As usual, we are not expecting any downtime associated to this
upgrade. Once the upgrade has been completed, an update will be sent
to this list.

environment is running 12.0.1.
