Mediacore issues

*Unity tenants that have a Mediacore account will not currently have their Mediacore content processed. This is an issue with the Mediacore service, which we are investigating.

If your tenancy uses the Mediacore service please contact them and/or *Unity to aid in resolving the issue more promptly.

It seems Mediacore's communication missed some clients.

We have disabled the Mediacore for all tenancies.

Workday has decided it will not continue developing the MediaCore video platform in its current form and will close all live MediaCore accounts.  

As a result, your free account on the MediaCore platform will be closed January 31st, 2016. We will continue to support you until then, but after this date, your MediaCore service will be discontinued.

Exporting your data from MediaCore

Make sure you export all of your data before January 31st, 2016. After this date, your account will be disabled and you will no longer have access to your data.
