Incorrect RequiredHandlers

Hello, we are using CAS 5.2.0
We need to filter some Auth handlers by service definitions.
As it says here https://apereo.github.io/cas/5.2.x/installation/Configuring-Service-Required-AuthN.html we are using requiredHandlers property.

But when RegisteredServiceAuthenticationHandlerResolver resolves handlers for an OIDC service, it gets required handlers from RegexRegisteredService definition, not from actual OIDC service definition.
Is it ok to try to "fix" it in RegisteredServiceAuthenticationHandlerResolver?
