CAS 5.x usage in production

I am curious as to how many of you are using CAS 5.x in a production/HA environment? 

We are highly dependent on CAS being available so are always cautious when we do major upgrades to CAS (I'm sure most of you are in the same boat).

I'm trying to get a feel for how smoothly the upgrade has gone for others and the reliability of the 5.x version. Any feedback is appreciated.
