v6.1 Hazelcast Ticket timeout policies

We are testing Hazelcast for the ticket registry storage. In the ticketGrantingTicketsCache map, it seems maxTimeToLiveInSeconds is mapped to max-idle-seconds, time-to-live-seconds always take 0 value, and timeToKillInSeconds is seen nowhere. A second issue is /actuator/refresh does not change max-idle-seconds.
