Error Occured while attempting to save service

Hi there,
I have successfully setup cas and cas-services but while adding a new service it is throwing an error - > An error has occurred while attempting to save the service. Please try again later.
There are no errors appearing in the logs
but If I create a new file and save it with the details in JSON format it starts working and the service becomes visible in cas-services url
Please help
