[CAS 7.3.7] Error on mobile device with MFA-Simple

Hello,

 We are currently trying to deploy MFA-Simple on Apereo CAS 7.3.7 (tomcat11, openjdk25).

We are experiencing some strange behavior: MFA seems to work fine on computers but not on smartphones.

On the smartphone side, an error appears after entering the MFA code (500: Internal Server Error).
