Trying to understand how to enable the management endpoints

Hello!

First time user of CAS here, and I'm very impressed (and intimidated) by
the configurability of the project.

I've started from the starter overlay project, and have successfully
built an overlay that includes LDAP authentication. I've tested it and I
can authenticate as expected. However, I'm having trouble figuring out
how to enable the Spring Security based management endpoints:

I think I'm supposed to configure the LDAP based part of it, so that my
LDAP backed users can have a role configured to be able to hit the
actuator endpoints, but I'm not sure what role is required. Debug
logging in the CAS server itself hasn't really helped either :(

I was hoping someone here has had some experience and can add a little
bit of information to help me get over this hurdle.
