Getting values from drop down to input field using thymeleaf .

Hi all,

I need to pass the selected option from drop down to an input field as a hidden parameter. 

Select options are auto populating from database. 

I have multiple select divs.. So I want selected option from all these divs. 

Could you please suggest how to achieve this?
