Delegated (Proxy) Authentication dependencies issue

Hello 

Since update of Delegation (Proxy) Authentication (Apereo CAS Delegated Authentication SAML2 Support Using Pac4J ) when I try to build image downloaded from CAS Initializr with dependencies it fail.

Last week before upgrade of this dependency delegation wasn't any problem with building image.
