CAS with Delegated Authentication with Azure AD Logout Issue

I have CAS working with delegated authentication using Azure AD.  I'm able to successfully logon but I'm having issues when I try to logout from my application or CAS.  Wen I logout from either my application or CAS I'm redirected to Microsoft and I'm able to successfully logout from my Azure account.  Unfortunately, the account is still active in CAS and my application and I'm unable to logout (stuck in a loop).

Anyone can give me a direction to go on to resolve this issue?

I'm using the latest version of CAS
