phpCAS and PHP 8.4

There are 3 PRs waiting to be approved (2 of which pass all tests) and all of which are extremely simple/tiny changes to allow phpCAS to support PHP 8.4:

Everyone using phpCAS would be greatly appreciative if someone could please accept one of those PRs and release a 1.6.2 version for us.  The changes are SO simple, even if you don't know PHP, it'll take you a matter of 5 minutes to look at the changes and see that they aren't going to cause any backwards compatibility issues.  The most recent PR is the simplest to read:
