passwordMeter.js in Pasword Managment . Is it possible change sugestion from en to other language ?

Hello,
  PM in cas has possibility to help user make stronger password  by suggestion..
Do we have any posibbility change language of this suggestion ?

files and variables are probably conected to this case:
passwordMeter.js and  varialble: feedback.suggestions

There are:
cd /src-cas/overlay_6.3.x/build/cas/WEB-INF/lib/ zxcvbn-4.4.2.jar  an inside are  warn in english can j unpack ,modify ,pack back  this file . And after if build  image from  src will it work ?

I'm not sure  that it can help  with this issue becouse  i couldnt find   english phrases  in
def messages.properties   but sombody  must confim that  it is true.  The messages are inside jar i think.
