CAS login with Browser Cookies disabled

Hi everyone.

I found on CAS documentation something interesting about cas.js file. This link (https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.4.x/ux/User-Interface-Customization-CSSJS.html#browser-cookie-support) tell about the cas.js file, can check browser cookies availability. If cookies are not enable, CAS will notify to user.

I tried this on localhost, deploying a cas-overlay-template v6.4 and disabling chrome cookies at browser configuration.

As a result, CAS wasn't show me about nothing and user logged successful. Obviously in a new browser tab there wasn't sso because cookies was disabled.

Has anyone know about if CAS should have informed about the browser cookies was disabled?
