Java Arguments Embedded Tocmat

Hazelcast is requesting that I start the embedded tomcat with some additional java arguments. Where do I pass those?

I tried

org.gradle.jvmargs in gradle.properties

and

server.servlet.context-parameters in cas.properties

Neither changed the WARN message from Hazelcast.
