How to modify pages in cas-management

I want to use cas-management, but there are two problems I don't know how to solve, and it's not explained in the documentation.
First, the language configuration does not take effect. I have tried to modify the default language and add language parameters to the url, but it does not work.
Second, I can't find where I can modify the page. I don't see it in the template. There is only a dist folder. I don't know where to modify it.
Please help me to look at these two questions if you can, thanks a lot

Are you deploying the cas-management-overlay or cas-management project?

You should use the overlay; though the most recent build has an error and only the readme is present.

The view pages can be found in this part of the main project https://github.com/apereo/cas-management/tree/6.3.x/webapp

You can copy the files you need into your overlay (using the same path structure) and modify them.
