CAS 7 Admin UI navigation broken

Working in CAS 7.1.4 and attempting to utilize the new Palantir admin. We've enabled the actuator endpoints and the spring security. We can log into the admin console and we can see and interact with the first tab for managing services. 
However, if we click the icons on the left to navigate to other tabs we see debug activity in the logs like the tab is accessing data but the UI never updates.
Tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

No Errors in the logs, no errors in the browser console I see background calls to load data from actuators and I see logged entries like Tracking tab 7, Activated tab 7 etc

Can you share your actuator endpoints and the spring security configuration? I'm working on the same setup.
