We've been running CAS6 and using CAS Management app that was separated.  We are now upgrading to CAS7 and CAS Management app seems to have been decommissioned.  We still have our Service Registry in Oracle DB tables.  We've been playing with Palantir but it's definitely a step backward.  What are other people using for CAS7?

thanks,

We also have service registry in SQL database.  Only been running 7.3.3 for a couple of days, but yeah, no real service management tool is a problem.  The couple of changes to services registry I've had to make, I exported the SQL record, edited by hand and put the record back.

I'd prefer to allow admin staff who don't understand json (or will screw it up) to make updates.  And we have multiple CAS machines, both locally and in the cloud.  Json and git don't seem to be the most efficient way to deal with this.

Write a little gadget to make that convenient, embodying appropriate
business rules that suit your organization? Sounds like a nice little
Ruby on Rails project, shouldn't take very long.

If someone is putting that much effort to make a custom app they could code more functionality into the Palantir admin console and submit a pull request.
