CROSS-APP LOGIN SSO

hello, is there any way where from my mobile I can login using example, google chrome on my web page, and then that session can be shared between the webviews of other apps?. the flow would be something like this: I enter my web page through chrome from my mobile, then I login, then I open the Facebook app and from the Facebook app I click on a story with a link to my website, normally this link opens in the browser of the app itself, in this case in the facebook browser, being there, is there any way to share the session without having to login again but now from the webview of the Facebook app?, and so on with others apps like Twitter and Instagram.
