CAS4, how to modify hazelcast-integration jar with XML change?

Hi, 

CAS 4.1.9, I need to modify hazelcast-ticket-registry.xml under  cas-server-integration-hazelcast  jar,   to add the following section.

How would I do that?

                <property name="managementCenterConfig">

                    <bean class="com.hazelcast.config.ManagementCenterConfig">

                        <property name="enabled" value="true"/>

                        <property name="url" value="${hz.manage.url:http://localhost:8080/hazelcast-mancenter}"/>

                    </bean>                

                </property>
