Help with handler Cas 5.0.4

Hi!
I have configured jpa service registry.

Can someone clarify to me if it is possible to configure that a service authenticates by a certain handler?.
I've looked at the database, the regexregisteredservice table and I see the require_handlers oid fields. But I do not know how to work with it.
