CAS5.1 - OWA Exchange 2013, Hybrid 2016 and Office 365

Hello - wondering if anyone on CAS5.0 and above have CASified Outlook Web Access for:

1. On-prem Exchange 2013

2. On-prem Exchange 2016 running in Hybrid with Office 365

3. Office365 portal itself (considering discovering is required on portal.office.com)

Would be interested to learn more about the design options, integration steps and lessons learned.

We understand that an article exsist that Misagh last updated in 2013 that Bill Thompson originally wrote:

However, our query is more on the versions mentioned above!

Also, any thoughts on how to deliver CAS logon for Outlook clients? even if solution is outside CAS integration.
