delegated login - Pac4j OIDC timeout

I see there is a timeout in place from the moment the user is redirected to Azure  until the user provides credentials and returned to CAS. What is this timeout? I cannot find it documented or how to update it. Is it not the connectTimeout nor readTimeout as I see those logged as 5000 each. The timeout appears to be 2 or 3 minutes out of the box.
