How to decode JWT TGT

Hello - using the REST method to generate a TGT in JWT form, I'm unable to use any of the JWT decoders out there to crack that thing open... Any ideas?

Appears as though it's HS512 but they error out 'JWT cannot be parsed' - No errors in logs of CAS upon creation... it created it, can it even decode it?
