CAS 5.2.6 ConcurrentModificationException for logout during stress test

Hi all,
We have encountered ConcurrentModificationException for logout during our stress test.
Putting a `synchornized(this)` block for:
https://github.com/apereo/cas/blob/v6.2.6/core/cas-server-core-logout-api/src/main/java/org/apereo/cas/logout/DefaultLogoutManager.java#L61
Seems to fix the issue.
